We are an LLC operating as Real Estate investors, not Licensed Agents. Our goal is to help each property owner who is looking for an alternative to the traditional MLS-listed pathway. The reason a property owner may choose an alternative to the MLS is generally due to the extra costs associated with the listing and sale of the property or the timeframe in which the owner must sell the property.

Absolutely! That is the best way to get the most money from the sale, provided the property is able to sell for the asking price or not much less, and we want to see people achieve the best solution for their needs. However, listing with an Agent is not always possible for people so we are here to assist the seller in getting the property sold at a fair price.

Only sell to us if you are confident in the price and satisfied with our service. We will endeavor do our part well, but there will not be any pressure from us whatsoever.

When a property is not being listed on the MLS to be sold to a family or individual who will be purchasing the home for their own residence, the transaction can usually move much more quickly. Investors like us are looking for investment properties, and selling to an investor is usually a much smoother process with less encumbrances on the way to closing.

This works just like any standard closing with a Title Company. Once all documents are signed at closing with the Title Company, all parties owed will receive payment through whatever standard method is preferred.
